What’s so great about this no-cook recipe?
The main ingredients in this Ice Cream are bananas and cinnamon.
The people have so many reasons to love bananas, as they are a good source of potassium (important for blood pressure), resistant starch (hello, metabolism booster), prebiotics (to feed the good bacteria in your gut) and fiber.
Another ingredient here’s the cinnamon, a secret hero of your store. It provides natural sweetness, contains trace minerals, helps manage blood sugar, and has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties, and prevents heart health.
What’s more, this ice cream has zero added sugar; vegans can use a non-dairy milk, and you don’t need an ice-cream maker to whip it up. But perhaps best of all on hot, steamy days, the recipe requires no cooking whatsoever, so your kitchen stays nice and cool.
