The Burpee Workout That Special Forces Soldiers Use to Get Insanely Fit

This workout is specific as it can be done everywhere and lasts only 20 minutes.  This is the perfect workout you’d want to do.

That workout has an incredible ability to give you speed, strength, and insane endurance. Those skills will make you harder to take down. It is also given to the Special Forces soldiers that are trained at Gym Jones.

When you are doing this workout it is important to do it as quickly as you can, but you must use strict form.

For those who can finish it in 15 minutes or less, you can be listed among “the hardest men in the yard.”


–           Standing in one corner of a room.

–           Perform 20 burpees.

–           After the run to another corner of the room perform 19 burpees.

–           Continue running to another corner perform burpees following the pattern until you reach 1 burpee.

–           Rest only as needed.
