This is a perfect treat on a hot summer day and a great for reducing the craving!
Besides above mentioned it is made of a super – healthy ingredients.
If you wish, you can add more chia seeds if you like want it thicker.
– 3/4 cup almond milk
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– About 15 ice cubes
– 1/3 of a banana
– 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2-3 Tsp. Water
– 1 – 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Whip water and chia seeds and let sit until thickened. (You should intent to achieve a gel-like texture)
Combining all ingredients in a blender, blend them on high until smooth.
Add solid chia seeds to thicken.
