–           2 cups old fashioned oats

–           4 tablespoons honey

–           1 cup slivered almonds

–           1 teaspoon kosher salt

–           1 tablespoon coconut oil

–           2 bananas

–           1½ teaspoon cinnamon

–           1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

–           1½ teaspoons vanilla


–           ½ cup old fashioned oats

–           ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

–           ¼ cup slivered almonds

–           ¼ cup of coconut-almond milk

–           ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

–           1 cup fresh organic blueberries


Base preparation:

1)         Preheat oven to 350°.

2)         Lightly grease with coconut oil 9 x 9 baking pan and line it with parchment paper,

3)         Completely combine, all ingredients in a food processor until wet, which may take several minutes.

4)         Pour into prepared pan.

5)         Baking last for 8-10 minutes.

2)         After removing pan from oven, spread topping evenly over the base, pressing it lightly
