Here are a 10-minute butt and thigh workout that is tremendous for burning off body fat and leaning out and toning your lower body. You can use this quick leg workout to shape your butt and tone your thighs.

This workout consists of lovely 4 legged, ball chewing, drooling, and an assistant named Loki. This video is designed to work following the instructions, at home.

Workout Structure:

–           10 Minute thigh & butt workout without equipment

–           45 seconds active, 15 seconds rest  (10 Different intervals);

–           Warm up & cool down are recommended, but not included in the workout.
