Military Diet – Drop 10 Pounds in a Week

We are going to present you a diet plan, called Military diet that will help you lose 10 pounds in one week while staying fit!

  • Day 1

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast bread, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, ½ grapefruit, one cup of coffee or tea

Lunch: 1 slice of toast bread, ½ cup of tuna, one cup of coffee or tea

Dinner: 1 cup of green beans, 3 ounces of any meat type you want, ½ banana, 1 small apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream

  • Day 2

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast bread, ½ of banana, 1 egg

Lunch: 5 saltine crackers, 1 hard-boiled egg, one cup of cottage cheese

Dinner: ½ cup of carrots, one cup of broccoli, two hot dogs without bun, ½ of banana, ½ cup of vanilla ice-cream

  • Day 3

Breakfast: 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, 1 small apple

Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg and one slice of toast bread

Dinner: one cup of tuna, one cup of vanilla ice-cream, ½ of banana

You must follow the diet strictly, meaning you can’t have anything less or more than the things mentioned above.

This diet has everything that you need to lose weight and provide the needed nutrients at the same time.
