–           Dinner- 1 boiled egg, boiled skinless chicken – 5 ounces and 1 orange

2nd day

–           Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs with juice from one lemon

–           Lunch- roasted fish – 5 ounces and 1 grapefruit

–           Dinner- 3 boiled eggs (hard-cooked)

3rd day

–           Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs (hard-cooked), 1 freshly squeezed lemon in a 1 cup of warm water

–           Lunch- boiled beef – 6 ounces and 1 grapefruit

–           Dinner- 3 boiled eggs (hard-cooked)

4th day

–           Breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs with parsley, onion and dill

–           Lunch- 5 ounces of cooked chicken with salad

–           Dinner- 1 boiled egg (hard-cooked) and 2 oranges

5th day

–           Breakfast- 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 2 carrots,

–           Lunch- 1 cup of fresh orange juice and 2 carrots,

–           Dinner- boiled fish – 3 ounces and 1 boiled egg

6th day

–           Breakfast- 5 ounces of low-fat yogurt, 1 freshly squeezed orange or lemon

–           Lunch- 2 boiled eggs and 2 grapefruits

–           Dinner- a glass of water

7th day

–           Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs and half a grapefruit

–           Lunch- 6 ounces of beef and 1 orange

–           Dinner- a glass of water

Notes:

–           use it only for one week

–           drink plenty of water

–           After this week, start eating normally again, however, in order to prevent shocking, the first few days, eat eggs, plenty of cheese, grapefruit and oranges.
