Fat-Burning Chicken Salad

Eating salad almost every day may be one of the healthiest eating habits. It is a super-convenient way to work in a couple of servings of vegetables and/or fruit. As the green salads are on the menu of almost every restaurant, you can also make a green salad at home in 5 minutes.

When you are preparing chicken salad, you should know there’s one ingredient you must AVOID if you’re on a weight-loss plan, which is – MAYONNAISE

The mayonnaise is a destroyer for your waistline and your overall health. Even the “no-fat” or “low-fat” options for mayonnaise are not a good choice.

Avoiding the mayonnaise is still possible to prepare a nice chicken salad that is fat-burning and is absolutely delicious! When you try it, you’ll never use mayonnaise again.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 oz. cubed chicken breast
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. small cubed apple pieces
  • 1/4 c. sliced, small cubed onion
  • 2 tsp. cumin spice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. raisins or craisins (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all together and you can be ready to eat.

This is fast, easy to make and so tasty!  It can be consumed on a bed of greens or eat it plain.
