This easy recipe will really make your day. You will just have to grab three or four bananas and blend them. But, you will surely be surprised to know that this banana needs to be frozen.

Besides the thing that the blended and frozen banana`s cream really tastes like ice cream you will get an extra bonus if you try this recipe.

The banana is full of  the diet fiber which will really help you to boost your metabolism and keep your digestive system healthy.

The recipe that we will give you is just a simple starting point. You could add into it whatever you want and think that it would be delicious.

Banana “ice cream”
3-4 bananas, sliced and frozen (slice before freezing)
A spoonful of peanut butter
2-3 tsp. cocoa powder

Get the frozen bananas and put them in the blender or another food processor.

They should be cut into pieces.

After the first blending, the banana ice cream should look like this.

Keep blending until you see that the banana`s cream started to get very smooth.

Keep blending until you see that the last and stubborn piece of frozen banana which is in the middle is getting soft too. You can speed up the process if you think that is not enough soft.

When you think that the blending is done add your favorite flavors.

There are a lot of healthy ingredients that you could add in the “ice-cream.” You could add chocolate, coconut, peanut butter or the fresh fruit like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.
