As they are basic recipes, you can be modified them to your taste: by adding less sugar, using many other healthy ingredients and they’ll still be incredibly delicious!

  1. Cucumber fat loss drink

Ingredients:

1 cucumber

1 lemon

A bunch of parsley or cilantro

1 tbsp. aloe Vera juice

1 tbsp. grated ginger

1/2 glass water

Directions:

–           Blend all the listed ingredients

–           Consume the drink before going to bed.

–           Consume it for a month and then take a break of one week.

–           You can repeat the cycle again.

  1. Fresh cucumber and lime drink

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

1 lime

Honey according to taste

1 big orange

1 liter of sparkling water

Mint according to taste

Directions:

Place one cucumber in a blender and puree it

Slice another into circles

Squeeze the juice out of the lime and orange, and combine the cucumbers, juice and honey in a large pitcher and mix together.

Add the soda to the mixture and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients:

500 ml of grapefruit juice

2 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

Combining the sugar, cinnamon and water in a pan, make a syrup.

Simmer the mixture for five to ten minutes (until the sugar melts).

Let it cool down and mix together the juice, sparkling water and syrup in a pitcher.

Add ice and garnish it with anise and mint

  1. Energy lemon drink

Ingredients:

5 lemons

Mint

Ice

1 liter of sparkling water

Directions:

Squeeze out four lemons to make juice

Slice one lemon into circles.

Mix the juice and sparkling water in a jar and add ice and mint.

Ingredients:

4 limes

Mint

Ginger according to taste

1/2 glass of water

1 liter of sparkling water

Directions:

Put the sugar and 1/2 glass of water in a pan and simmer 5 minutes (until the sugar melts).

Directions:

Mix the apple and lemon juices in a pitcher.

Slice the lemon into circles and add them, mint and ice in the mixture.

Serve the drink with slices of apple.

Ingredients:

1 liter of sparkling water

3 cucumbers

Sugar according to taste

1 lime

1 large bell pepper

Mint or estragon leaves

3 lemons

Directions:

Slice two cucumbers and the bell pepper, sprinkle them with sugar and leave them to stay one hour before cooking.

Slice the 3rd cucumber and one lemon and zest the lime and squeeze the juice.

Juice two lemons.

Put in the pitcher mint lime zest, slices of lemon, cucumbers and bell pepper while they are still moist

Pour in the sparkling water and lime and lemon juices and add the crushed ice.
