Having too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn’t.
Numerous people are trying to get rid of belly fat by strengthening their abs, lower back muscles, glutes (butt) and hips.
As training, the core will improve the body posture, boost your athletic performance, soothe lower back pain and help you prevent injuries it also helps getting rid of belly fat.

There are involved 3 simple exercises, and you will need only 5 minutes to do them. For you who, more ambitious, repeat this routine twice.
- Skyscrapers — 10 per side
- Windshield Wipers — 10 per side
- Army Crawls — 36 steps
The 2nd-day plan consists of 4 challenging exercises to be done in only 5 minutes of your time. Again, for an extra challenge repeat the set once more.
- Breakdancer — 15 per side
- Skydiver — Hold for 30 seconds
- Dead Bug — 10 reps
- Thread the Needle — 10 per side
The third day is reserved for 4 extremely difficult core exercises in a fast, 6-minute circuit.
- Crab kicks into Superman — 6 per side
- Star leg raise — 10 per side
- Side V-ups — 10 per side
- Side — 10 per side
