According to the statistics, AB blood type is present in only 4-5% of people. It is eminent that most of the food that is unappropriated for blood groups A and B is the same for blood group AB. However, there are some exceptions, which will be presented in this article.

Some differences:

–           Tomatoes are not recommended for blood type B but can be used in the diet group AB.

–           People with blood type AB should avoid coffee and alcohol (especially in stressful situations).

If the members of this group want to lose weight, according to D’Adamo, they frequently consume seafood, green vegetables, tofu and dairy products. Avoiding smoked meats is recommended.

As it comes to their behaviour, people with blood group AB are friendly, emotional and especially passionate DIET

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Recommended activities: cycling, aerobic exercises, running, tai chi and yoga.

ADDITIONAL TIPS

Besides the diet and physical activity, D’Adamo provides additional tips that could help to improve the lives of people with blood group AB. Here are some of them:

–        Instead of few large, consume several small meals throughout the day.

–        Any changes should be done gradually.

–        Avoid situations and events that have a competitive nature.

–        Spend more your time alone. Have at least one hobby that you can practice independently.

–        First, visualize something that you want to achieve, then take concrete actions.
