Blood group 0 is the most prevalent blood group worldwide. Representatives of this blood type have a good digestive system and more easily decomposed animal protein, so most are recommended to consume meat.

Besides meat, you need to consume fruits and vegetables and to reduce the consumption of carbohydrates to a minimum. According to Dr. Peter D’Adamo, the best diet for type of blood group 0 are is the food rich in a lot of protein and low in carbohydrates. Also they should avoid the consumption of dairy products.

People with a type-0 blood group are prone to certain diseases such, thyroid problemsand ulcers. They are more prone to much greater level of stomach acids than others, and causes ulcers. In addition, they more often suffer from fluid retention in the body, fatigue and weight gain.

The representatives of the blood group 0 are responsible, organized, have leadership skills, decisive, practical and objective. But, when they are under stress, they show signs of anger, impulsiveness and hyperactivity.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

People with blood group 0 have to practice physical activity regularly, because in them the physical and mental health much more dependent on exercise, compared to the people of other blood types. D’Adamo recommends regular physical activity 3-4 times a week. For best results, the representatives of the 0 blood group should have aerobic exercises for 30-45 minutes at least 4 times a week.

Recommended activities: intensive aerobic exercise, exercise with weights, running and martial arts.

Here are some additional tips:

–           Every meal you eat chew slowly.

–           Whenever you’re upset, start a physical activity.

–           Regular exercise at least 3-4 times a week.

–           Do your particular clear plan for stewardship.
