4 Moves to Strengthen Your ABS for Summer

This is an incredible core workout, hopefully, you’ll love every minute!

It is composed of four moves – that strengthen your overall core and created by Katherine Greiner of KGBody, who helps many famous people to stay in tip-top shape (e.g. Tash and Dev). This workout precisely works the abs, obliques, and lower back.

The results you should expect – a strong and sexy stomach. As it sounds good – try the moves below.

How to do:

–           Perform 2 sets of 10 reps for each move.

Follow the step-by-step instructions:

  1. STEP IT UP

Instructions

–           Starting position- Lying face up, with feet and arms flat, head a few inches off floor and knees bent 90 degrees.

–           Keeping knees bent, bring right knee to chest and left forward. Make a short break

–           Repeat on opposite side and return to starting position for 1 rep.

–           Perform 2 sets of 10 reps.

  1. LEG LIFT

Instructions

–           Starting position- Lying face up, with toes pointed and legs lifted perpendicular to floor and hands behind head.

–           Lower legs slowly close to floor without touching for 1 rep

–           Perform 2 sets of 10 reps.

  1. TAP IT OUT

Instructions

–           Starting position- a high plank position with hands shoulder-width apart,

–           Keeping hips still, lift right foot 12 inches and point toe.

–           Tap toe to floor about 12 inches to right and return to starting position

–           Repeat on opposite side and return to the starting position. Tat’s completing 1 rep.

–           Perform 2 sets of 10 reps.

  1. DOWNWARD DOG REACH

Instructions

–           Starting position- a high plank position with feet wider than hip-width apart.

–           Keeping feet still, shift hips up and back.

–           Reaching right hand under and across, tap the left knee.

–           Return to high starting position and repeat on opposite side to complete 1 rep.

–           perform 2 sets of 10 reps.
