We are going to present you a list of foods that have small amount of carbs,fractions of gram, which  makes them to be considered as zero carb foods.

If you’ve decided to go zero carb, you need to follow these three steps:

  • First check your fridge and move aside all of higher carb foods.
  • Focus on the things you are allowed to eat
  • When you eat no carbs food, you cook more, so experiment more and try new things!

  • Zero carb meat

Cured, packed and processed meats have some carbs, but natural meats have zero carbs , and are rich in vitamins and proteins.

Beef, veal,lamb,pork,fowl,organ meats, game meats, exotic meats

  • Zero carb seafood

Cod, flounder, sole, haddock, halibut, sardine, swordfish, tuna, trout, salmon, catfish, bass, crab, shrimp, lobster, squid, oysters, mussels, clams

  • Zero carb diary

Butter, whipped cream, heavy cream

You can find zero carb cheese, that’s hard cheese. The other ones, usually are low carb, having from 0 to 0.5 net carbs per ounce.

  • Zero carb seasoning

Salt and pepper, vinegar, ground cinnamon, most hot sauces, pre-mixed seasonings, yellow mustard, dill weed, chives

  • Zero carb oils and fats
