There’s nothing worse than to be forced to eat before you hit the gym or pavement. A lot of science investigations also show that eating before a workout is important, but not directly before it. For instance, people who live in some areas of New Zealand eat a diet that is 50 percent saturated fats, and they have superior cardiovascular health comparing to any other group of people. According to new research, the sugar industry forced the idea that fat causes cardiovascular problems. This research, also shows that the diets higher in saturated fats are often lower in total calories consumed.

  1. CONSIDER FASTING FOR WEIGHT LOSS

The diet avoiding food at all is not a diet—it’s a starvation. The idea of fasting is not bad. When the fasting is done correctly, it can actually help your body stay healthy recharge and burn fat. It can be enhanced by cleansing diets that supposedly rid your body of toxins. The real cleanse occurs at the cellular level, called autophagy, and its ability of your body to regenerate and become better.

According to the researchers at the University of Utah, the people who fasted just one day per month were 40 percent less likely to suffer from clogged arteries.

  1. GOING ORGANIC WON’T HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS

Eating organic foods were not shown as clearly distinguishable benefits by preventing disease or an assessment of overall health. A random comparison of organic to non-organic foods it is not found a significant difference in nutritional information, including calories.
